hello world!
the story of sokolov model 2211 can be traced back to the waning years of the last century! my job as a mecanician in many (sometimes truly dusty) workshops and factories with toons of old mecanic equipment leads me over the time to a total fascination: the mystic, hypnotic sound of automated tools...
...and maybe there might be some other like minded people out there!

Holy ^@%#$!! This is way cooler than many sample libraries of found perc. sounds I've bought…and will be a great setting for making them come alive—THANKS!!

This is fantastic. Extremely musical, and very useful tool. The GUI is wonderful, and makes me want to explore. But this tool is way beyond eye candy. Great concept and design. Honestly, this is the kind of stuff I would pay for. Thank you for this.

The fact that I have to reduce the sample-rate by a ridiculous degree to get it to even play 2 loops makes it almost unusable. Florian Erdle's patgen plays 6 loops in a very musical way at less than 3% cpu usage on my machine. So, looks aren't everything.

Really nice. User interface is so beautiful. Mechanical trance! Had to low samplerate to 29400, but its ok.

I really, really like this even though I had to cut two of the samplers to get it run. I REALLY!!!! like the GUI, I’m a bit jealous actually.
