I take it back about self oscillation - Subtractor doesn't do it quite. It almost gets there though. The resonance is very ringy and precise, whilst yours isn't. I still say it'd be nice to see a filter which is truer to the original.

Its great, and I love the idea of emulating a few Reason modules in Reaktor. However, the filter isn't the same. I didn't do a side-by-side comparison however just playing with filter2, the resonance is completely off - Subtractor's resonance is much more present even at low frequencies. Yours just seems to roll off and disappear. I suspect it isn't capable of self-resonating?

There seems to be a bit of an oddity in the delay values. They run from 0 to 9, skipping the value of 4.

the problem with malström is to emulate its kind of synthesis. i tried it with a pitch former module, but it sounds not very close to the original. another approach would be using a sample lookup module, but due to the fact that the original malström waves don't have the same length and are not all looped the same way this would be a very huge amount of work... but nevertheless i'm still trying
