Reaktor 5 or lower

DESCRIPTION

Me2SalEM is an old ensemble, tried and true, from the Reaktor Premium Legacy Library. How well it emulates an Oberheim 2-Voice I can't say, but I do like the way it sounds.

For better or worse my modification adds some LFO shapes, adds an independent release control to the envelopes, adds channel aftertouch, removes the separate Left and Right sources on the Input Mixer, changes the routing of the external audio input and adds a flanger/phaser effect. The biggest difference is the addition of a Low-Note-Retrigger (LNR) option and a Trance Gate for each of the two SEM modules.

Remember to start the clock if you want use the trance gates.

1.1 update: I added a trim control to limit the range (upper level) of the master volume, especially useful when adjusting the volume with a MIDI controller, to keep from blasting the speakers.

Still made in Reaktor version 5.62

The envelope display behind the knobs is a nice aesthetic touch, too. I like good graphic readouts without necessitating multiple screens.

I've gotten some good results experimenting with this thing so far. Also inspired to mod this thing and switch the oscillators with a sampler. Hmmm..

John, sound good & less cpu usage on 129 voice. Quite well! Thank you. What is the idea to put in overtones via sine bank?

Man this synth is so much fun. Great job. I haven't even scratched the surface. Big ups to all the programmers out there. You really make Reaktor enjoyable to the fullest.
