REAKTOR 5’s highly advanced REAKTOR Core Technology® represents the largest technological advance since REAKTOR was first released a decade ago. This technology opens new dimensions in sound and flexibility. REAKTOR 5 Core Technology® allows the construction of user defined modules. This new layer of functionality affords users control over the lowest level of signal processing within REAKTOR.

THE CORE STRUCTURE

Alongside the familiar elements, such as instruments, macros and modules, REAKTOR 5 also has core cells which look slightly different than the normal modules but are integrated into the structure in a similar fashion. These core cells contain the essence of the core structure in the form of core macros and core modules - the smallest definable elements.

CORE CELLS

Users are free to design their own filters, oscillators, shapers, delays and EQ's or completely new types of modules, greatly extending REAKTOR's sonic potential. The library of core cells is continually growing and the new additions will be included in the updates that registered users can download for free.

The core cells extend the range of functions, sound, and controllability. They can be patched together with other modules and macros within REAKTOR's structure. This allows new instruments to be constructed, even if you don't possess a deep understanding of Core Technology®. The library will be constantly expanded and other designers are also sure to share their core cells in the online User Library.
