It only happens for a few seconds and then jumps back to the normal tone. I've adjusted the latency, have airport turned off, repaired permissions etc. I don't have any tapedecks or loop machine running. i run direct into a vox amp out of the rig kontrol.

anyone else ever have this problem? thanks!

Why do use it or want to ?

If traktor was 2 deck with play, fast forward, rewind, pause, & record. I'm with you 100%, it sucks, buggy, & whatever else. But traktor is more than that.

Why does traktor work for some & not all, I don't know (it works for me). But after reading some post, it may be human error (not saying traktor is 100%).

This is a very good place to start.

Also there are those that think way out the box, that try (want it) to make traktor do what it was not made to do. To them traktor is limited.

Why do some refuse to read the manual or don't understand it ? I don't know.
But refusing to push a button or a of couple buttons is beyond me. That's the only way to explore it's potentials. No two people drive & sex alike, traktor is no difference. Learn how to use your tools.

So the basher/haters :lol: (motivators) could be competitors, ex employees, ect..

I have clicked "activate" which launches service centre however it doesn't show my install of TSP and just says "All products are activated".

It is definately not activated as each time I start it it asks me whether I wish to run the demo or activate.

This shouldn't have anything to do with the fact that its an education license as I have changed notebooks several times before and it has allowed me to activate on the new notebook (it just deactivates on the older ones as far as I know).

Anyway, I have a large gig to play tomorrow evening and I have to get this setup on the macbook so if anyone has any ideas, PLEASE help me!

i've been researching this and hoping it's due to me having Snow Leopard and the old setup disk. Currently downloading 1.2.2 so will let you know if this fixes the issue.

I'm new on traktor and this forum, i hope somebody can help me...

I can't activate SYNC function since my traktor pro 1.2.2 upgrade

here is the situation :

Master Clock : AUTO

Deck A : MASTER

Deck B : SYNC fonction impossible to activate, when i click buton, it changes bmp on Deck B to the same that Deck A but it doesn't keep Deck B synchronized to Deck A (master) like it was on the demo. The SYNC buton doesn't illumates and phase meter slowly desynchronises from center...

The two track on deck A and B have a close oiginal bpm (125 and 126)

I tryed to analyse and detect bpm (async) differents tracks numerous times but nothing better... It is the same with any tracks.

All my tracks have a bmp in the detection range configured in preferences.

I tryed to delete my collection libraries and let traktor recreate it but nothing more...

It worked fine on 1.2.2 demo, so i purchased full version, but it doesn't work at all since my update...

My traktor pro is an upgrade from traktor le delivered with my brand new vestax tr-1.

Is there any known sync bug with mac osx 1.6.2 and Traktor Pro 1.2.2 ?

I'm waiting for NI support anwer...

I use a preset of GR3 (the downloadable software version, updated and all) and I have edited it a little. I did not save the edit as a preset because I never had to do that. Now whenever I load the song for the first time, GR3 doesn't load the preset well: it's as if half of the chain isn't activated: the sound is at the complete left and it sounds way too clean. When I completely close the project and load it again however, everything is fine. I have to load the prokect twice everytime to get GR3 doing its work properly.

I got the Maschine this summer but it's not until now that I actually had the time to play with it thoroughly. I've been using MPC's for many years and at the moment I own and use three of them. There's lots of stuff that I love about the Maschine that the MPC could never do.

My first question here at this forum is more related to the computer itself rather than Maschine.

Is there a way to close the lid of the MacBook but still have Maschine running?
I've read somewhere that you can do this if the computer is connected to an external monitor but this didn't work for me either.
I would love to be able to close the MacBook and just focus on the Maschine, since the Maschine is so well built that you rarely ever have to look at the monitor.

i used the first label(bank) as vintage , the second(type) i left blank as i will use to label sounds kick snare etc, the third label(subtype) i put the machines names etc TR606

when i have selected my drum machine (sub type) and i scrol in the 2nd panel (type) if my subtype does not have a sound in one of the banks in type eg tom , the sub type would not be selected no more and goes to blank, is there any way to stop this?

also when labelling my library i could not go in this order (vintage/drum machine/drum sounds ie (kick/snare)

I was hoping someone could explain why this is happening. I am getting the left channel missing issue so I went through swapping around all the cables and such to figure out where the problem was thinking maybe it was my turntables rca cables

oddly enough i realized they all worked when i had didn't have my mixer plugged in at all. I realized i am only getting the problem when i plug in the "Mixer TT/CD" Line into my phono jack in the back of my mixer (specifically the white one) Although it seems to work with everything plugged in on the right side.

My questions is why it would be doing this, but also I am a bit confused as to what the "mixer TT/CD" line is even for? I unplugged them and everything seems to work now and sounds fine so I don't understand what the purpose of them is? Is this likely an issue with the "mixer TT/CD" line, or my mixer (I don't think its the best mixer by any means)
