Traktor pro 2 with Xone 4d. Major help needed
 

Hello,

Clearly I am a noob but I need help. I've been having a ton of problems setting up my xone 4d. I was wondering if you could help.

I have a...
- macbookpro 10.6.8
- xone 4d

And I want to use just the xone4d with no external timecodes.

1. I have installed the latest driver (2.02) but I cant seem to have traktor pro 2 (or any dj software) to recognize it. It just says Xone4d (core audio) and not 10 in 10 out. Some internet forums seem to say thats not important but I am not sure why I dont get 10 in 10 out.
2. I tried the setup wizard and I DO get 10 in 10 out but then it says I no no audio and the audio diagram on the top right is crossed out in red.
3. I have no idea how to set it up with TSP2 and I have really tried scouring the internet for answers. PLEASE help me out.
4. Maybe the answers lie in configuring the buttons next to the two little red buttons on the mixer section?

Do you have the audio setup set to "external mixing"? This should give you the 10 in/ out option.
