My replacement Maschine seems to have stopped working. The first controller I had the left display stopped working so I sent it back. It took months for NI to send me a replacement and now months later I'm having problems again.
I don't know if its a hardware issue but when I plug it in, it lights up (but no text on the display just light blue lights) and then it doesn't come back on. No text at all on the display screen. The software runs fine but the controller is useless. I'm on a 2008 mac pro and I'm running OS Lion 10.7.3
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
I sent a request for tech support and received an email with instructions to send the info.zip file that is on my desktop after running the support tool, but when I attempt to send it, it bounces back saying the file exceeds the limit. It's too big. Anybody with any help please advise
