traktor 1.2.1 windows 7 x64 numark omni control error
is anyone of u able to use the numark omni controll under windows 7 x64 with traktor 1.2.1? i cant install drivers and the ones installed automatically dont arrive @ traktor, any suggestions?

The 64bit numark omni control drivers are for Vista and XP. Are you sure that they are Win 7 compatible? I dont see any info about Win 7 on the Numark website.

did anyone of you get the omni controll working under a fresh windows 7 32bit version? it only worked for my deskop wich i updated with 7, my notebook isnt able to find any drivers for it...any suggestions?

i contacted numark and told them i got this error and they just wrote that they are working on it and that they suggest waiting for a release... it sounded they didnt even start fixing the problem, disgusting!

Why hasn't anybody who's posted thus far included a description of their errors?

In my case my Omni driver times out with a 0x00005 error during installation, though my controller is plugged into an available port. Happened on Vista and the same thing happens on Windows 7.

I've had my Omni for months and haven't been able to use it once. Great, huh?

Have a solution,
Install the beta drivers (64 bit) from numark.com , cancel the windows installer of drivers, when U install omni drivers, reboot pc/notebook. Then go to the devices manager and install the drivers for Ur midi device manually (pick the destination folder of Ur drivers - unrared folder of 64 bit drivers).
Work for me

i deleted win7 64 bit and tried the 32 bit one, same error when i install the 32 bit vista drivers..... will try to add them manually in the afternoon, looking forward to a nice mixing session :P

i get error 0x0006 nearly same state of installation as Flashback Jack

I installed the Vista driver without any issues and W7 recognises the Omni but when I open up Trakor Pro and select Omni from the audio setup section, nothing happens. No lights, nothing.

I'm on 64 W7 with Traktor Pro 1.2.1.

Very annoying.
