Installation Maschine not working
Hi there, I've got same problem with MASCHINE as other users.
I've purchased MASCHINE but I can't get it to work at all.
1) I can't get the installation DVD to run at all. I am using a late 2009 PowerMAC desktop computer that has all the needed specs. But it could be the DVD player, because on my other IMAC I can get the installation DVD to work. So I copied all files over to my desktop PowerMAC.
2) When I start installation I'll get different error messages, like: "/System/Library/Extensions/GeneIOUSBIDE.kext" is not properly installed?
3) Then I have to put DVD back in player to complete installation? But I can't get DVD to work in my PowerMAC desktop?
I have no idea what is happening or how to fix the problem. I am using Snow Leopard 10.6.4.
Can anybody help me with this. Maybe a fix or patch is available. And also I need to update / install without DVD.
