Please note that the tech support process for Traktor LE depends on how you acquired your copy of the software.
If you got Traktor LE together with
Audio Kontrol 1 or
Audio 8 DJ, Native Instruments will provide tech support to you directly. In this case, please use the support form at
http://www.native-instruments.com/support.info
If you own Traktor LE due to the purchase of a
DJ controller (see the "Traktor Ready" program), the manufacturer of this controller will provide tech support to you. Please check the product documentation or the manufacturer website for information on how to contact their tech support team.
Traktor LE might also be included with certain
DJ headphones, hard discs or similiar products without the "Traktor Ready" label. These licenses do not include tech support service. In this case, please refer to the manual, to the FAQ and knowledge base on the NI website, and to this forum to get help on eventual technical issues.
