Still having major import/export problems....

I know I must be missing something simple but here is an example. I tried to import a fusion tone - Hans Van Even - Smoothdrive. I click import, select bnk file from the dialog box, the Hans file shows up, select it and click open. The dialog box disappears and for about a second I see a message that appears to be "importing file" or something as it is only on my screen for about a second. I then search all of the presets for Hans Van Even - Smoothdrive and nothing shows up.

I then thought maybe it is just a problem with the one file so I downloaded 2 more. One was a Larry Carlton one called LC Bank and a blues one that was supposed to contain 10 blues presets. I did the same import procedure as above but here in lies the rub, as Clive Owen would say, I imported the file called LC Bank it I think it showed up under the presets as Larry's Solo. So how can I search for these imported tones when the name of the download is different from the name of the preset? With the blues bank I download, there are 10 patches but I have no idea what they are called. What am I missing here. I know I am a newb to gtr rig but this is maddening. Also....how do I export patches I have created?

I am running guitar rig 4 that came with my sonar 8.5 update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I finally got it. I went to the presets and listed by number and then saw some new models. Since the file was called Hans Van Even - Smoothdrive, I assumed that's what would show up in the presets. I still don't understand how to export files but I will get there. Thanks!

Just in case... importing presets that are created in a different version of GR- particularly a newer one than yours, can create issues.
