1. Updated TRAKTOR hardware drivers for Mac OS 10.9 and 10.10

    If you are currently running Mac OS 10.9 or 10.10:

    There is an important new driver update available for your TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK1, AUDIO 2 DJ, AUDIO 4 DJ, or AUDIO 8 DJ. These drivers fix an issue which occasionally caused the hardware to disconnect.

    We strongly recommend this update to anyone using these TRAKTOR products with Mac OS 10.9 or 10.10 to ensure the best possible hardware performance.

    To install the latest driver, please follow the link for your device and select version 2.7.0 to download.

Traktor pro 2 update for Kontrol S4

    Hello, I bought a Traktor Kontrol S4. I'm waiting for the Taktor pro 2 update, but it's very long. It's the fourth working day.

    How long time does it take to receive the e-mail for free update?

    I've called NI, and I send an e-mail to the order support, but no response.

    If someone from NI can help-me, it will be a great thing.

    Kontrol S4 is fabulous, but it still be better with Traktor pro2.

    If this is such a freq recurring question, why is it not a headlining Sticky? Admittedly, everyone should obviously conduct searches for answers to their questions before posting them, but freq forum users and moderators would do a good service by posting up FAQ Stickies to serious issues like this one (and spare us your *exasperation.)

    As a brand spankin new S4 owner, I came onto this forum to try and figure out what's goin on with ALL the issues I'm having; the absence of Traktor Pro 2 on my disc, ya know, the one emblazoned with the graphic "Includes Traktor Pro 2 DJ Software," is a small one of the many serious issues I am having.

    So... how does one search for a thread by number? (Number 50, to be precise...) :eek:

    Can I also have my email voucher support ticket looked at?

    (It might have been shoved aside because I didn't include my registered serial number in the support ticket? But, I didn't want to start another ticket to include it)

    I can't do anything with your ticket until it has been in the system for at least 3 working days. If you haven't had a response by tues or wed next week I can try for you then.

    You need to go to the support area of the website, goto product support and at the bottom of the page is a link for order support. Once you have filled in a form you will get an automated reply with a Ticket Number.
