• Tempo sync delay time can now be set to dotted note values
  It's possible now to link envelopes for editing help. In the envelope presets menue there are new entries named "SameAs OpX" for this.

• In V1.02, sometimes sounds did not "sound right" immediately after program change. Now they do again.
  Pitchbend Mode "Key On" now works as intended: No pitchbend is applied to notes held with pedal.
  MIDI Keyboards that send All Notes Off message after the last key is released now work correctly with FM7 when using Hold pedal.
  Any DC component (inaudible offset) in the sound is now cancelled.
  TX802 bank select message is recognised, to work correctly when dumping multiple banks at a time from TX802.
