How it works:
  • Your product must be registered/activated with Native Instruments
  • Fill out all fields in the following request form or fax your proof of purchase to 0049 30 61 10 35 2300
  • Enter your order number from the NI Online Shop or upload your proof of purchase (as PDF, zip or jpeg)
  • After sending the form and processing by NI, you will receive your update or giftcard within 2 weeks
