Reaktor 5 or lower
Instrument Sampler

DESCRIPTION

The audio interface which has equal to or more than four outputs is necessary. When there is little capacity of the RAM, change the audio file in Replace (or Delete, Add) from the sample map editor. Make Loop On and Rel of the sample map editer at each sample on and use. The Replay position becomes loop start when doing reverse and scratch in the outside of loop which makes the loop button on the panel on.

Hello from Tokyo! I'm pleasantly disappointed to see that someone already used Reaktor to make a fully loaded DJ mixer. And I thought I had an original idea here... very cool indeed! I'm also glad that I don't have to grow the gray hair trying make one, thanks Keisuke! And thanks Yamato, I heard your scratching demo from your website NICE! unfortunately I can seem to load track files (AIFF or wave) to use your SJDJ player. Did you scratch using a midi controller such as an M Audio X-Session controller? http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/XSession-main.html or was it strictly typing keyboard skills? Anyway, cheers to you both and the rest of you soft synth tweakers. I can only hope to be as smart as you guys to be able to squeeze out some funked up, freaked out, refried, twice cooked, triple dipped, digital music from Reaktor 5. By the way, does anyone have any music to share made strictly with reaktor? I'm partial to funky, jazzy, housey and/or ambient music.

It's excellent!! I want to use it for scratching. Is there anyway to vary the power of the mod wheel/ the amount of sample scratched? Please??????

you need to do something about the cueing form other bits of the sample. taking an output from Lgth putting that into a multiplier. putting a knob with the value of 0-1 into the other part of the multiplier and putting the output of the multiplier into the St input

Thank you for pointing out. The sample changes when pushing the zero button or the cue button after moving the track dial. However, I thought that it was necessary to improve the track dial.

Very interesting ensemble. Can you tell what the track dial does? I would be nice if you could switch samples from the map with a sample selector dial. I thought that's what track was but doesn't seem to work that way. Good job.!!!

wouldn't one run into memory limits loading many full-length song wavs into a loop sampler module, as opposed to streaming from disk?

This ensemble is very interesting. it has a lot of potential. I am a dj and I would make a few suggestions. 1st. EQ's for each Deck (I've already added them to mine). 2nd, and more importantly, some method of cueing the decks. I'm trying to figure out how to allow for listening to one file (through another out on a multi output soundcard) while the other is playing. My Reaktor building skills are lacking...but i'd do the work if someone pointed the way...Nice Job!
