Nice work. I keep imagining that I hear a violinist at a Paris street corner.
  2. jason pottorff (2008-03-03 19:24:54):
Really nice, Rick. I can't wait to incorporate this into my newest track. Thank you for being so creative.
  3. Don Dailey (2008-03-04 21:09:48):
jeez, you said you might add a randomizer to Shark. This is way beyond that. Really, much more than a remix. Extreme is right. Very cool box. The yellow border keeps me awake!
  4. Don Dailey (2008-03-04 21:12:39):
    yea, I don't hear a violin player ?
  5. rick scott (2008-03-05 16:48:20):
jim: thanks. the paris you visit must be a wild paris indeed!
  6. rick scott (2008-03-05 16:49:02):

  7. rick scott (2008-03-05 16:53:11):
don: !!!!!! yes, i started doing a well behaved remix of shark, but realized i couldn't add much to it. so i starting automating parameters and, lo or behold, it began to turn into an intonaruMori.
  8. Kim Joris Boström (2008-03-05 23:16:41):
OOooh MY! This is so much more than a randomizer, it's the Shark's craziest dream - wait a minute - I got some screams ... AAArrrgghh -- Hehehehe! ... (devoured)
  9. Bernd Keil (2008-03-06 10:22:20):
fare away behind rare noises is no violinist, there is french bandenon player from the 50s
  10. Kim Joris Boström (2008-03-06 17:30:41):
I like to look under the hood, so I reconstructed a view B showing the parameters as they vary (similar to intonarumori I). It's a little chaotic looking still, but one can get some impression of what's going on inside. Suggestion: a cleared view B..?
Another suggestion, much more urgent: Some sounds are really precious and I'd love to reproduce them, which is currently impossible. A "Freeze" function would be absolutely great, stopping the randomator and allowing one to store the current constellation as a snapshot. Is that possible, meister?
  11. Kim Joris Boström (2008-03-06 17:36:08):
Ah, and something else: I also love very much the sounds without the reverberation. So, I disconnected the reverb and got some VERY pretty results. Maybe a "disable reverb" switch? (Forgive me all these suggestions, I'm simply enjoying your creation very much and can't keep my brain away from storming. But I'll keep shut up now...)
  12. Phil Durrant (2008-03-07 11:07:43):
    a cleared view B

and a disable reverb switch are great suggestions
  13. rick scott (2008-03-10 15:25:23):
kim: i am happy you approve! kim and phil: v2 view A shows all controls and reverb can be turned on/off and FREEZE is there.
  14. rick scott (2008-03-11 00:24:47):
new features are implemented as described.
  15. Phil Durrant (2008-03-11 14:03:15):
    thanks rick :-)

    btw, loving the FREEZE...fantastic!

  16. Kim Joris Boström (2008-03-11 22:01:00):
Hey - that's beautiful! Now I hear the boulevard violinist, and I can FREEZE him!! Hehehe!
  17. Der Einmeier (2008-03-14 17:47:25):
    insane. just insane.
  18. Larry Gaab (2008-08-17 04:37:57):
It seems to be a Mono only. Can it be Poly too?

One of the best. NI should buy it up.
