Reaktor 5 or lower
Instrument Sampler

DESCRIPTION

Freezes one chord/note and makes it infinite... until the next one.

Simple to use: the attack fo the input sound triggers the granular drone. No need to watch your screen! I found it excellent for live performance.

2.0: Can stack 4 different sound/4 declinaisons of the same sound with controls on the delay between the 4 layers and their pitch. Attack remover excludes the sound attack to freeze only the resonance in case of plugged (or hit) instrument: the sound is much more natural.

Try the settings with anything you want.

Demo1 made with freeeze1 and a guitar. Demo2: live performance with freeeze2 and glasses (with a few other glasses noises performed by other musicians).

MIDI is not implemented: the audio note attack triggers the record-and-freeze process. The threshold must be set just under the attack level.

Nothing happens when I trigger midi notes. I have to move the threshold up and down in order to get an input and then it freezes for a while and moves on with no control. Looks great though.

Nice. I have made a few of my own adjustments. The threshold seems to not work consistently however.

Has anyone the same problem?

Try the On/Off button. I don't know why but the On does not work immediately at startup. Of course you need to have an input sound too... Tell me if it solves your problem.
