REAKTOR makes it easy to combine existing instruments. Want to add a REAKTOR multi-effect to a synthesizer? Just open the structure view, which opens the inner structure of your instruments with all the virtual wires, add the effect via drag-and-drop or a context menu, and wire it up with the mouse!

Working in the studio or performing on stage can sometimes be made easier when the desired instrument only possesses the controls you really need, or if they are arranged in a different layout.

By clicking the unlock icon, all control elements can be freely moved on the interface. This allows you to hide control elements with a single click if you don't need them. Since there are two views of each instrument (A and B), you can create a stripped down B view for live use with only six knobs for example, and have all the other controls you need for detailed studio work in view A.

Want to give your instrument an individual look? Change the color scheme in just a few clicks, or design a custom instrument background layout in a graphics program and simply import it as .tga, .bmp. or png.

You can also add icons and logos, or even design custom control elements such as faders, buttons and knobs!
