How to Install Native Instruments Download Products (PC)

This article explains how to download and install Native Instruments products that have been purchased as a download and include two installation files.
1. Download
We strongly recommend using a download manager like iGetter to make sure the product is downloaded properly.
Once the download is completed, there should be two files in the directory you saved them to: A large file with the extension '.iso' and a smaller file with the extension '.exe' (see screenshots):
If you cannot see the file extensions on your computer, refer to the link below for information on how to make them visible:

Important note for users of Microsoft Internet Explorer: In some cases, Internet Explorer removes the extensions from the files. If they do not have .iso or .exe extensions, rename the files by adding the extension .exe to the smaller file and the extension .iso to the larger file.
2. Installation
To install the product, just double-click the .exe file and follow the instructions during the installation.
Important notes:
Do not move one of the files - they have to be in the same folder for installation!
Do not double-click or mount the .iso file!
We recommend to create a backup of the .iso file for possible future use.
If the installer does not work properly, download it again and make sure you use the iGetter download manager (see above).
