Service Pack 2 Installation necessary for all audio interface (Windows XP only)
All NATIVE INSTRUMENTS audio devices need the installation of Microsoft's Service Pack 2 for Windows XP)to work properly. This is due to the USB 2 communication implementation that comes along with the Service Pack 2.
You can check if you have Service Pack 2 installed when you go right-click on My Computer and select Properties. On the General tab you will see information on your System. If you have Service Pack 2 installed, it will appear at the end of this list.
If it does not appear, please update your Windows XP with Service Pack 2.
