How can I contact the NI Registration Support?
The Native Instruments Registration Support can be reached via the online support form or per phone. We recommend to provide as accurate information as possible to grant a quick solution. The following hints can help you to find out which information is important for us to answer your request:
- If you get an error message during activation, either within SERVICE CENTER or on our website while doing an offline activation, please tell us the exact wording of this error message and send us the support file from SERVICE CENTER (it can be exported via the Help menu of SERVICE CENTER).
- If you cannot log in to your user account or don't remember which email address you have used to log in to the account, please provide us with a serial number that has been registered for a prior product activation.
- If there is any problem related to the serial number or license you have received (e.g. a "serial in use" error message), please let us know the concerned serial number.
- If you purchased your product second hand but the original owner has not yet contacted us regarding the license transfer, please get in touch with the seller and ask him to contact our Registration Support.
