I received the error message "Invalid serial number". What should I do?

Firstly, check that you have the correct serial number in the Service Center. Therefore, please do the following:
  • Open the Overview tab
  • Click on the Show Details label of your product
  • Check that the serial number here is the same as the one on your serial number card
  • You can correct the serial number by clicking the Edit button. Enter the correct number and then press OK.
  • Now activate your software again on the Activation tab.
If you then still receive the error message and if are sure that the serial number in the  Service Center matches exactly that on your card, please send us a copy or scan of the serial number card:

We will then check the serial number and grant you a new one if necessary.
