In some cases it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall SERVICE CENTER to resolve certain technical issues.

In order to uninstall the software, delete these files and folders from the following directories:

• Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Instruments > Service Center (delete whole folder)
  
• Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > "com.native-instruments.ServiceCenter.plist"
• Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Library > Preferences > "com.native-instruments.ServiceCenter.plist"

Note: On newer Mac OS computers where 10.7 (Lion) or a later version is installed, the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on the task bar entry Go and press down the Alt key. The Library entry will become visible in the drop-down menu and can now be selected.

Then download and install the latest version of SERVICE CENTER from this page.
