What's This?

The installers of some KONTAKT PLAYER products will currently not work under Mac OS X 10.5, causing the installation process to fail. This tool is an universal installer patch for KONTAKT PLAYER products that lets you install your product on Mac OS X 10.5 if the installation fails.
This patch is only required if you use one of the following products:

• Pro Audio Vault - Blüthner Digital Model One
• Best Service - Galaxy II
• Tapspace - Virtual Drumline 2.5
• Sibelius Sounds Essentials
• Sibelius Sounds World Music
• Vir2 - Syntax
• Vir2 - VI.ONE
  
• Important Installation Note:
  
• The monolith sample files, .nkx, will not be copied from the hotfix to the library destination. You must search the library install destination and manually drag the .nkx files from the DVDs to your hard disk.
  
• 1. Please run the installer.
• 2. Press Continue in the first notification that comes up.
• 3. Press OK when you are asked to select the disc or folder that contains the original product installer.
• 4. Within the next window, browse to the location where your original product installer can be found. In case you have the installer on a DVD, choose the DVD drive and press Open. The installer will search the location for valid installer files.
• 5. The next window will list you the installer that have been found (can be one or more in case there are more than one installer in the location that you pointed out).
• 6. Select the installer of the product you want to install under Leopard from the list and press OK.
• 7. The Leopard OEM Fix Installer is processing and will create a new folder on your desktop, called patched installer.
• 8. The installer that has been generated will start automatically, so from here you can go on with the normal installation procedure.
• 9. Once you are finished with the installtion of the product, you can delete the *patched installer* file and eject the disk image from your desktop.
