mr. chainey (like "mr. melody") uses (internal) midi to control the drumsampler. to control other reaktor instruments, insert one in the ensemble, then go to its properties and klick on the button right of the eye. now you can select mr.chainey as source. you can use the pitch knobs to trigger different midi-notes.

Hello Martin! Question: What is the proper way to establish Mr. chainey as a controller for another instrument? I've looked at this one & DSQ32's structure & I'm a bit baffled at how the signal is established between these & their target instruments..I'm pretty familiar with assigning CC controllers from messing with some of Rick's automation macros, but doing this kind of routing is something I'm not too experienced at and would like to learn if given the opportunity.. Can you or anyone else explain this a little bit? Much appreciated, & good to see some new stuff from you in the library!
