load sample(s) and grab snap and randomize.

the results are very abstrakt: stockhausen not squarepusher. :-)

v2 supports 2+-sample sample maps.

make sure to read popup (sample display) for how to create sample maps!

i've posted lots of these freeform sample engines. what separates this from the pack is its polyphony: the sampler and most modifiers are fully polphyonic, so by increasing the number of instrument voices you dramatically increase the complexity of the music (and, alas, the cpu load).

This mashine is really sick! Just loaded some innocent bird samples and wooooweeeeee - even my cats outside the studiodoors heard that one - they have now hidden under the bed. Thank's for sharing this great ensemble!

Oh, don't you worry, buddy.. lol. I'd love to have some sort of semi-random sample scanner, but using a select controller will harm the existing pitch functionality, no? Maybe a toggling option. There are many things I would like to modify here. Whether the talent to do so is present is the real question, but regardless, this is your Glory, so by all means, please bask in it with happiness. btw, files exceeding 4 minutes (approximately) do not seem to allow 'ranging' (cursor/file stays at file beginning despite all other paremeter settings that otherwise work to 'range'), a buit-in parameter limit?

Alright, 101 processed files later...it's a bonified winner! I love the individual controls (allowing Fibonacci number playtime) while also opening up very playable live composition options (once you learn which ones won't 'glitch' if you don't want it...which sometimes you might ala Christopher Willits). I already said it would be a good day when this appeared, premonition confirmed!!!

Jim, check your 'B' view...I count 22 'randomizers', each with their own 'auto'!. Even in 'A' view you have 'rNd/auTo' for Master/Globals. Lots of 'help' in 'info' view mode too.

Did you forget the randomizer or am I missing it? I don't get randomizer function. I can get 35 voices before my machine quakes.
