Meticulously curated and refined, LORES dissolves the boundaries of traditional instrumentation. Create fantastical blends between traditional strings and eclectic instruments, such as the hurdy-gurdy and shakuhachi. Hear what Mongolian horse fiddle sounds like accompanying medieval pipes or layered with Middle Eastern violin. Random swells, unexpected tremolos, and stray harmonics create organic variations at the performance level.

LORES is modeled after the core workflow of award-winning film and television composer Shorter Clinton. A creative space for playful experimentation, instruments can be staged within multi-dimensional smoke plumes or subtly tuned with dynamic effects.
