DESCRIPTION
Two VU meters in one.
one with a scale of -20/+3 dB,
the other one with a scale of-60/+5dB.
The movement and leveling should be rather accurate.
GUI uses latest Reaktor6.03 features :
- zero margins allows for complete panel background change from a button on the panel.
- antialiased lines allow to make nice looking needles and shadows
