For some reason, this seems to be a simple effect that I can never find but I use it all the time, so here it is.

For that 'wah-wah' sound.

Sorry for a nub question, but how do you use it? If I drag it into reaktor it only let me open the effect. How do I send a sound to it?? Thanks!
