Reaktor 5 or lower

DESCRIPTION

Pretty straight forward stuff really - three of everything (oscillator wise) in a stacked macro except for the effects where you have 4 of everything selectable in any combination.
50 snapshots to get you started.

Thanks, hope you like it.

-Paul-

Some notes for you.....

3 identical oscillators containing a volume envelope (VCA) sequenced or triangle LFO for PWM, multiwave osc, another envelope and LFO for filter modulation and A 2/4 pole filter.
Common to all is distortion and EQ.
You then have the filter box which has a set of 4x4 FX selectable in whatever order you require.
The Synth uses what I call "True Mono" in mono mode. I should have put that on my previous synths (if I'd thought of it....) because it makes the mono patches sound much better.
Build up new patches in stages using the SOLO button to audition each oscillator.

Latest revision:

HP filter added before effects to remove extraneous DC.
Distortion design revised (may affect sound of existing patches slightly)

2 of these sounds will become staples in my music. Kudos, bro. This is the best I have heard on here for my style (organic industrial, idm)

It's not actually as much fun as playing with someones innards though... i've been doing some research.I think when you play with someone like that it's nicer to focus on the one screen(the face). If you can focus on the one thing(what it's telling you)i think you can read it better.Anyway......

unbelievable abilities with this thing; the sounds one can create, the ease it seems to use it, yes: rich.

I thought the latest roland synths looked a little bit silly. Kind of makes me feel like i'm playing with somethings innards.

Ok...... Ned, turn down the pre gain knob. This is not saved with snaps and will reduce the overall level...though I always find this issue myself. It might be my imagination, but I save the snap then next day I come back and it seems stupidly loud (even though voice numbers are the same). I dunno...my head was aching after doing the GUI, I couldn't think straight... QWERTy probs....this is weird because I have been using qwerty the whole time. I'm on a PC of course. Also the midi in module is lifted straight from my other machines...so...I'm a bit baffled. The keysync on the synth should always light on midi in but the keysync on the FX will only be working if you have a chopper selected as one of the FX. If I can fix these issues, I'll upload a new version. Problem is - it works on my machine! As ever, thanks for the excessive praise...makes me blush.

Great synth, excellent for pads and the like. I also had trouble triggering it until I changed the MIDI properties (thanks Herwig). My only complaint is that more than a few of the snaps are too freakin' loud!

found solution: open the properties of the instrument stainless, (first card) set voice allocation: voice and midi slave to "master" (was "none") ciao herw

no audio :( only by QWERTY. Toolbox shows midi-in from Midi-keyboard but no notepitch and no gate reacts on midi-messages from keyboard. i tested on Mac G5. ciao herw

Wow. This thing is loads of fun one you figure it out. The pwm and filter seqs/lfos make it great for all sorts of moving, unearthly sounds. Good choice of solid fx and a original UI to top it off. Great!

I just downloaded the version I have put up here and it seems to play fine on my computer. Have you set your midi inputs correctly? Sorry if this is stating the bleedin' obvious but it's all I can think of. In my application I use audio outputs 1 & 2, maybe you don't - in which case you need to reconnect the emsemble to whichever outs you use on the audio output module.
