DESCRIPTION

Impart the spectral characteristics of one sound onto another! Route a modulator (for example, your voice) to the left, route a carrier (for example, a synth) to the right, and one of five spectral analysis modes will give a new color to your sounds.

CHANGELOG:

* 1.0.2 (5/1/15): initial upload

* 1.0.2 (5/2/15): added stereo version

I totally love your vocoder. It does exactly what it says on the tin, and really well, which other vocoders seem often to suck at!

@Ben X: There are two stereo pairs of inputs, one for the modulator and one for the carrier. The exact setup may vary depending on your DAW, but each signal has to go to one of those pairs. You may need to use Reaktor5 FX 16x16 to use all the inputs.

@ Phil Durrant: I've made a zip-archive and included a stereo version. There are four inputs: two for the modulator, two for the carrier. The CPU use is higher, but it provides good results! Thanks for the suggestion.

a stereo version would be nice and that would be easier to set up in a DAW, using two stereo pairs.

@Greg Killmaster: Since it requires two separate input signals, it'll probably be easiest to do it this way: Put Dioxide as an effect on a bus, and then send the two signals that you want to use to that bus. Pan the modulator signal all the way to the left, and pan the carrier signal all the way to the right. That way, both signals will enter the bus on different channels, and Dioxide will be able to differentiate between the two.

Great work, I love your ensembles and this vocoder too, seems to have some tricks under it's sleeves. And the GUI as always, top notch. You are making beautiful looking & sounding ensembles, just keep going!
