If you own a Mac with an ARM processor please use the M1/M2 installer. If you own a Mac with an Intel processor please use the Intel installer. You can check the processor type by going to the Apple menu (top left) and selecting About This Mac. This opens an overview of your Mac, including your Mac model, processor, memory, serial number, and version of macOS.

Yes, this is a new version with lots of new improvements including a reworked GUI, new product categories, and accessibility features. You can also see your subscription status and products easily in one view.

The new version brings a number of improvements to help you manage your subscription, including a dedicated tab for subscriptions, tags about the current status of the subscriptions, and a direct link to renew and cancel your subscription.

Yes, currently you can only use Native Access if it’s online and you’re logged in to your Native account.
