DESCRIPTION

This is a utility for quickly and easily converting a jpg or gif to a 2d table in Reaktor. It can also convert a text file containing values. The utility consists of two parts: a Processing/Java app for reading the data and sending it by OSC to Reaktor; a Reaktor ensemble for receiving the data. You open the data with the Processing half and it is sent into your Reaktor table.

PS Use this to prepare tables for jambient TerrainoSoar

I don't have a mac to try this on, but it should work, unless the business of using file extensions doesn't work on macs.

One note, compiling a 'click and go' version of this would be very nice, I don't see a jar or class file, just the java.txt, so off to java.com I go. A small price to pay!

Beautiful idea, extremely clever implementation. I had never considered using OSC as an information bridge like this, opens up a lot of doors for me.
