Reaktor 5 or lower

DESCRIPTION

This is martin brinkman's Chaoscillator duplicated in core, with an oscillator from gabriel mulzer's corelibupdate and ez randomize from rachmiel (in lieu of snapshots).

Not optimized, so it may crash reaktor (does for me once in a while). If you spot errors, email me and/or post a version to the forum.

By way of introduction, chris calls this an experimental feedback oscillator. Take a peak inside the structure - the oscillator gets fed through an diffusers delay. The output from the delay gets fed through a filter and informs the time of the diffuser delay. This can make some interesting, multi-timbral, polyphonic-esque sounds (if that makes sense (and if that is, in fact, what is happening. That's what it sounds like to me)).

The original isn't in the ul (I don't think mr list cared too much for the original) but can be snagged from his mindspring websapce. I forget the url.

p.s. The animation for the knobs isn't supposed to be practical, just pretty. Choose 'properties > skin bitmap > none' for a less goofy display.

This requires some degree of refinement. After a protracted period of messing about, it's potentials beacme evident, but it's like bleeding a stone for the most part. Maybe a group effort where this is downloaded and partially tackled in various aspects than re-uploaded for the next person could provide us with a powerful User Library Homonculous.. Who dares take that first step? Or in this case, the second?
