Reaktor 6

DESCRIPTION

I'm creating TouchOSC templates and OSC mappings for all factory blocks from the Reaktor library.

Each block has been duplicated four times, each with its own unique mappings and corresponding TouchOSC templates.

This means you can drop up to four uniquely controllable instance of a block or control multiple instances of a block with the same control without any mapping between projects.

Version 0.2 Contains:
- All Monark Blocks
- All Bento Box Blocks (Except for Sequencer)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Templates & Mappings
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A TouchOSC master template is included. You can cut and paste the blocks from the master template to create custom layouts for your individual projects. The master template also includes a reference grid.

I've documented each block's OSC Paths in a PDF document which you can use for mapping your own templates. In a future version I'll include a building guide for making your own templates, as well as adding Lemur block templates.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Setup
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Simply copy the instrument folders into your user library and use these in place of the corresponding factory block.

If you already have an OSC instance running then you should already be able to use the templates in TouchOSC.

If you are using a different OSC software, these instruments can receive data. Just add the mappings from the PDF to your controller template.

If you want control changes made in Reaktor software to be sent to TouchOSC or any other client, just rename the target in Reaktor to "TouchOSC".

For a guide on setting up Reaktor to receive and send OSC, please refer to the following knowledge base article:
http://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/knowledge-base/show/995/how-to-set-up-touchosc-with-reaktor-5.8-mac/

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Notes
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some of Monark's controls are setup a little differently, so their OSC mappings can't be accessed by clicking on the parameter in the control panel. These are:
- FLT: Filter Type
- OSC: Waveform
- OSC: Range

In order to map these, I have added a pair OSC Send & Receive in the automation section of each parameter's entry in the control panel. You will have to locate these if you wish to change these OSC paths to something else.
