Sounds like the power management of your laptop is being overly aggressive with system resources/drivers.
The LOAD meter in Traktor does not indicate CPU usage....
Personally, I think 276 feels more responsive when switching playlists or loading tracks. I do not use streaming. M1 MacBook Air here.
