    hmmm, what exactly did you do to reconfigure? did you just reselect everything again? or did you try reset it? i'm pretty sure i got mine...

    man, if your sustain pedal works on other keyboards, there's no reason why it shouldn't work with your controller. i would blame the controller...

    I got the chance to try my keyboard in a different pc and the problem remains so the issue is definitely with the keyboard
