My upgrade to Komplete 12 Ultimate [from V.10 Komplete Ultimate] did not include Kontakt 6?
Not listed in Loaded or the Not Loaded list? just updated this morning. Windows 10 o/s

I bought Komplete to use along with Studio one. I was having issues getting the vsts to respond from my midi controller which is a roland keyboard. The vsts were not always responding. Then I went in for more thinking that a Komplete midi controller would work better. This has not worked either. For some reason studio one will not recognise the A49 controller as a receiving instrument. Please help.

I bought komplete 12 ultimate ce from zzsounds for my son figured was the best route it was a gift and it was suppose to be the upgrade they sent out the update he's new to native instruments so he open the box not knowing in excitement but it was wrong product now they won't take it back has never been used how do I rectify this they said contact ni help me with this pls I'm out of $450 right now
