Hi I just duplicated deck A to B,C & D with no problems at all in Traktor 3. (Posting your specs may help others to help you)
I have this same problem in Traktor 3. It takes ages to open and close the preferences window :(

I'm now on 2.6.9 and it does the same thing as yours. If you hold the settings button, they show up, but as soon as you let go they disappear....
Oops, I'm still on 2.6.8 :rolleyes: I'll update and let you know if the bug exists on Windows too.
