mines been solid although my fav ever usb socket is on the ka6, super snug locking mechanism.
the 1/2 3/4 are for outputs, ie direct outs for the inputs 1/2. direct monuitoring is only for 1/2 but can be output on 1234

fx need to be in slot 1 to be able to recieve midi, most use the aux channels to then send audio into the pad with the fx hosted on slot 1.
mount the image with daemon tools or equivilant and installl or burn to a disc and install. installed mine and its awesome
check the diagnostic toon in the ka6 panel, also increasing the buffer should help.
5/6 are spdif in and out, the output can be set in windows or daw etc.
you can monitor 3/4 in your daw no direct monitoring like 1/2.
unplug ka6 uninstall everything....
