10 Ultimate won't install - process used by another process?

    Hey there, I'm trying to install Komplete 10 Ultimate on Windows 8.1 and am receiving the following error:

    "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

    Any idea what's going on? Thanks! Have had 10 regular installed with no problems.

    Have you already tried launching the installer via right-mouse-click -> Run as administrator?

    Otherwise please post more details like:
    • Are you installing from the K10U USB-install-drive or from the download version?
    • When or after which steps does the error occur exactly?
