    Communication!! The UB update for GR just keeps silently getting pushed back from the advertised release date.

    Now, I can't begin to imagine the complexity of changing the software nor do i pretend to believe it is easy. But in the very least, NI could be more open with its customer base on its status.

    How hard can it be to simply keep your custoimer base informed?

    Yeah, and it's not like we're asking them to read our minds on this one, either. It's been said over and over again - customers want to be kept in the loop! You'd think there was something complicated about this...

    I wonder if they think constant new product announcements with zero news concerning delays etc. makes for better PR or something. That would be pretty naive - the music tech community is pretty closely knit, and well informed. If the existing customers are not satisfied, word will get around either way. So why not keep a respectful dialog going?
