11th Gen Intel

    So it seems N.I. does not support Intel 11th Gen i7 chip set
    Have £1000 brick.
    Any one else had the same

    That is a bizarre concept. My Kontakt and NI products (S61mk1, S61mk2, S88mk2) work fine with both 10th gen i5 and 11th gen i7 (Tiger Lake) with latest H2 Windows 10 Pro (20H2; 19042.685; Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0), updated Intel drivers for USB, etc. Where did you get that idea? What about the 'chipset' doesn't work - is this for Tiger Lake or Rocket Lake? Since USB is a class compliant device, there is no reason for the NI hardware that works with 10th gen to not work with 11th gen. USB3 is USB3. Windows 10 H2 is Windows 10 H2.

    It should work just fine even if it's not explicitly stated as supported, because Windows is Windows.

    Well, quite the same problem with my Komplete Kontrol M32 keyboard. With the "old" laptop it worked properly, with my new laptop with 11th Gen Intel Core i7 the MIDI configuration is not possible. NI support confirmed more then a month ago that they are working on it.
