The best informed answer you'll get is "soon"

My best guess is it will be released to coincide with the S2 release

    Multicore:
2 keylocked decks + 8 keylocked sample loops playing with all filters engaged.
    Plus 12 chained FX running.
    192 samples at 96khz = 2.7 ms total latency.
No dropouts on my i7 MBP.

    Waveforms:
I see what you did there NI. Hopefully only a temporary solution.

i dont really see or feel the "multicore" support

i mean, my (currently playing) waveforms still sometimes freeze when im loading a new track to a deck, no audible audio skips whatsoever tho, which is good, but it just bothers me that sometimes the waveform would freeze/slowdown when loading tracks

    my system: MBP2010 13 in / 8GB DDR3

Updated from Service Center to 2.1.1 ver. and still remains an old bug: when i navigate around the track in the deck shows only half of the track (half is not displayed correctly - blur). Has anyone met with the trouble? Can this be fixed?

P.s Apparently the problem faced by many :(

The 'waveform bug' is not a bug, and it is not fixed. It is the result of the way the waveform is implemented.

Previous behaviour: Traktor produces the waveform from the audio cached in memory. Only audio after the playhead is cached in memory, hence only the waveform after the playhead is displayed.

Behaviour now: As above. Additionally Traktor fills in the area before the playhead with the stripe from the waveform overview, scaled up. So blurry.

To sum up; the behaviour is now more aesthetically pleasing, but no more useful than it was before.

For it to be properly fixed, the implementation needs to change (either by storing a much higher resolution stripe, or changing Traktor's audio cacheing behaviour).

However, in the old version (Traktor s4 1.0.1) this is not a problem.
Ок, how can I change the cache size(is it possible to do this)?

    Traktor S4 1.0.1 didn't have the hi-res waveform displays.
You can't change the cache size.
