2/3 of Drop Squad won't activate in Service Center
DS Bundle consist of three products in Service Center
DS, DS Bundle and DS Sounds and only 2/3 will activate
    Anyone else had this problem?

Normally an expansion pack is just one product....

I also only received 1 serial number and not 3
although in Service Center the serial numbers are already filled in
1 the number I had and the other two different numbers
    Very confusing....How to activate?

...as far as i remember drop squad was 1 expansion pack (with 1 serial) under maschine 1.8 (that's when i installed it)...after getting the 2.0 update (for the expansion) via service center it split into 3 packs but i didn't have to enter a new serial number...so...maybe you should uninstall drop squad, install the 1.x-version and do a "import 1.x expansion" via maschine's software...

I Have the same issue, I called Tech support in LA & they advised that there is an issue with Drop Squad Activation, but that the issue can only be fixed by the team who developed Drop Squad Expansion, but they are currently still on vacation from Christmas but should be back in this week and if you raise an email incident with NI Support they will be hopefully fixing this issue this week or next & emailing out the resolution to all affected Customers asap.

I may have figured out a work around.

If you go to the updates and drivers section of your NI account on the web and then go to the Personal Update Manager page. From the drop down on that page choose the Drop Squad Bundle and download the updater even if you have already updated in the Service Center. Run the .dmg or .exe and the service center now seems to recoginize the rest of the "bundle" as activated.

This worked for me at least.

I contacted NI also and was told that the developers were on vacation, but I HATE WAITING!

I really must try to become more patient. ;)
