Edited tittle to be less alarming. Some details?
Edit: Changed to reflect OS version for now as it seems to happen with older versions of OSX.

What OS are the rest of you on? Was the update done via Native Access? Did you reboot?

    OSX 10.9.5 here.
If i'm not wrong, I can't update to Native Access, so I did it via Service Center still. Yes I did reboot several times.

    Current specs are:
    SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.11 or macOS 10.12 (latest update), Intel Core i5, 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

Contact support and see if they are already aware of any issues under 10.9

Do what I do. Don't update immediately. See what happens.

The great thing now is if there is something wrong we can blame the beta testers and not NI, and we know their names. ;)

To roll back just install previous version (download from website).

Here's a question. Why the heck doesn't the installer test the OS version before installing Maschine? Seriously?

Yes, or at least give you a warning. I am on 10.9.5 and I am having issues as well. The standalone launches but crashes when quitting the program. The plugin version does not work at all. I never update right away, but I was just excited to try the new features. Oh well. Trying to downgrade now :(

If you're still on OSX 10.9.5, Maschine not running should be the least of your concerns. #exploitsgalore

OSX updates are free and important for your security. I'd recommend updating your OS rather than rolling back Maschine.

    Oh really? I didn't know!
Have you ever thought that maybe one has some reasons not to update?

Personally I would update OSX, why wouldn't you? What hardware or software is incompatible? If you haven't got enough HD space make some. Just make sure you do backups first.

Because I have some live and studio work going on. Also because of some oddities/issues/incompatibilities with plugins and stuff I can't deal with right now. Also SSL.
