Hey guys, I just bought the Maschine Mikro and ran into a snag.

I have been messing around with making beats, and then attempting to record them into Pro Tools 10. Someone told me to create a new track as an instrument track in order to record the audio into Pro Tools. So far i created the instrument track, armed it, and recorded, but nothing is recording. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any Ideas?

    Thanks in advance

Route Maschine to an AUX Track.

then create an Audio Track and choose the AUX Track as the Input.

    export it

if you export the groups by sound then import the sounds into protools its a bit easier.

I second that if you export the groups. You can mix more than 7 tracks in pt rather than bussing. If you still want to buss out your tracks instead of [ame="http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eefmDD4h32c&feature=youtube_gdata_player"]http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eefmDD4h32c&feature=youtube_gdata_player[/ame]exporting here is a great video covers it all. But you are limited to 7 sends. But if you have a large pro tools project you could record your tracks in pt 7 at a time.
