2 Service Center problems

    Using Service Center on Mac 10.5.8.

    1) SS never seems to remember that I've already downloaded updates.
    I don't see a setting in preferences related to this.
    Is there any fix for this?
    I thought SS would be better at remembering prior downloads.

    2) I own a lot of NI kontakt libraries.
    I mistakenly installed 2 older versions of an Eastwest library, but then found my install discs for the newer versions.

    These old versions still show up in the 'activate' screen despite deleting their 'applications' inside the Application folder.

    Is there some SS related files I can manually delete on my hard drive to make SS 'forget' about these libraries?
