2nd Hand Maschine install problems.Help!

    I bought a Maschine today from a local lad, it was only a few months old and has a proof of purchase from a UK supplier.

    I have a I7 quad mac book pro and after i install it the software if fine but the actual maschine hard ware does not night up even after following the quick set up guide.

    I am running in demo mode whilst i wait for NI to remove the serial from the previous owner, so is this the reason i cannot get it to light up?

    I also installed in in windows and windows does not see the device. Is this because i need to activate it first or should it all work in demo mode anyways?

    I have the same problem. I'm using Maschine 1.7 in DEMO MODE while the seller gets the license unregistered. And the Mikro Maschine controller doesn't light up or function.
