Resolved 3.5.0.266 Freezing when loading tracks.

I work mostly with flac. I see no difference between .flac and .mp3.

 

Beta 3.5.1 276 dosen't fix this bug.

 

Personally, I think 276 feels more responsive when switching playlists or loading tracks. I do not use streaming.

Thanks god I'm not the only one with this issue
I just realized that I don't have this problem with all my .wav tracks, but only with .mp3 ones...
I also realized that if I press the right or the left loading button on my Kontrol X1 mk2 while it already loads a track (
repeatedly though) everything crashes and the only way to exit is to switch off my MacBook Air pushing the ON button for many secs.
let's hope it gets fixed

 

3.5.2 279 - The problem is solved

 

It is still there for me. Using MBP M1, Mac Mini and 2 of my PC's.....

 

What file format do you use?
I use only MP3.

I think this is a completely different bug as the one raised by X-Tropic but it looks pretty concerning !
Does it happen with all BP tracks or more randomly ? Also with local tracks ? Does it happen also when no hardware connected ?

 

This happens on Deck Loading too. I will test other things you mentioned. Currently using it with S4 and Beatport link.

 

I got the 3.5.1.277 version..Then why the Native Access says I'm up to date ? I can't update.. u got any download link?

279 is beta. you can dl it from this forum.

 

The issue isn't fixed. Some files take a while to load en the GUI is freezing. Will take a look to the kind of files and if needed i will send a track.

 

-This happens with Beatport Link only, no issues loading my local tracks.
-Happens both with and without the hardware connected.

I believe this is a browser issue - it flickers from time to time. And if I happen to load a track at the same moment it flickers that freezes the UI.
That would also explain why this issue is hard to duplicate.

 

The bug is still going in .284

It froze on my first loaded track... The 3.5 is still a show stopper for me.
